The Flow Doctor did a fantastic job replacing our broken drain line. What we thought was a simple clog turned out to be a more serious repair, and Dylan did an excellent job clearly explaining the diagnosis, the process, and all of our options. He and the crew did the work quickly, cleanly, and at a reasonable price that was well below what one of the big local companies quoted. Will use them again, highly recommend!

Dylan and Hailey from the Flow Doctor were amazing! So friendly. Did a great job of explaining the process and their plan. They listened to my issues and no only resolved them but went above and beyond to make sure I was set up for success from here-on-out! They kept the work areas super clean and left them in better shape than when they started. I plan to use them again for ANY plumbing needs, including our future kitchen remodel! 5 Stars!!

I came home from work on a Friday and realized we had a pipe burst due to cold. It was flooding our basement and the shut off valve wasn’t shutting all of the way. Dylan came to our house within 30-minutes of me calling to request an emergency service. He was able to fix the pipe and install a new shutoff to the house all in the same evening so that we would have our water working again. We cannot thank him enough for helping to make an unfortunate situation much more manageable. Amazing service that was quick and efficient when we needed it most!

We recently had to replace our outdoor spigot, which required shutting off our main water supply due to its condition. Despite a severe snowstorm, Dylan was incredibly responsive. He arrived in the morning before the storm worsened to assess the situation and provide a quote. That same day, he capped the line, and by the next mid-morning, he returned to complete the replacement and install an inside shut-off valve. We were very pleased with his workmanship and customer service. Highly recommend!

Dylan is so professional. When we first called to have him come out, Hilary informed us that we were still under warranty and everything was covered -something we weren’t aware of. Super nice, very conscientious. Would highly recommend The Flow Doctor!!!

Dylan was very efficient, knowledgeable and fairly priced. We have had him install a front outdoor spigot and then today had a clogged drain in our basement. He will definitely be our go to plumber in the future.

Flow Doctor was great and even exceeded our expectations. They worked with our schedule, responded to calls and texts very promptly, and were completely transparent about pricing for the work we needed done. They even gave me multiple estimates for different replacement faucets and toilets. We will absolutely call them again for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone!!
